First cleaning of KZ400

Today was the first day to try and clean up my bike. I did not have any degreaser so I used WD-40 and some gasoline. I first took off the carburetors the rubber mounts where broken on the air filter side. They came off with alittle bit of effort. After that I scrubbed up the carburetors and they came out better than the 30 years of gunk that was on them. Not 100 percent yet but a start. After I went on to the frame and engine I plugged up and covered everything important and washed if off. The end was result was just getting the heavy stuff off and not very good at that. Here are some pictures of the results.

Dirty carb's out ready to clean.

After washing on the bike looks alot better but still is to dirty.
I will keep up at it slowly till it shines.
